Jeroen Stouten is a professor at KU Leuven (Belgium) and an associate researcher of Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is also the program director of the Master in Psychology at the faculty of psychology and educational sciences of KULeuven. He obtained his Ph.D. from Tilburg University. Jeroen studies leadership and how leaders can be effective in developing employees and helping them grow. An important aspect in his research is the successful management of conflict in the leader-employee relation. He also focuses on change management. He has published in top journals including Academy of Management Perspectives, Leadership Quarterly, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Management. He has advised a large number of national and international organizations on leadership, team processes, and change management and his research received (inter)national television and news coverage.
